Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on
Operations Manager
to oversee daily operations acrossmultiple retail stores, warehouse operations, wholesale division, and group stock management
. The role requires strong process discipline, leadership, and the ability to identify and resolve operational issues quickly.Key focus areas include:
retail store oversight, warehouse and wholesale operations, stock control and loss prevention, cross-department coordination, customer complaint resolution, staff training, and operational processes and reporting. The role includes regular site visits and active involvement in operational improvements across the group.Requirements:
Matric, valid driver's licence, proven operations management experience, strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a hands-on, solutions-driven approach. Own car preferred.Salary:
