We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing client relationships, and leading teams to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the BPO teams. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potential. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Collaborate with other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a BPO environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in using operational management software and tools. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
