Job Description


Job Summary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Property Management
  • Case Manage (medical aid process, admissions, authorisations) Managing Credit Control
  • Manage +/- 3 staff members
  • Marketing (promoting the hospital health professionals surroundinh hospitals)
  • Procurement, Business Information Technology (BIT) & Environmental & Social Governance
  • Monthly management meetings with Operational & Financial team
Desired Experience & Qualification:
  • Tertiary Qualification: National Diploma or BA degree is essential
  • Staff management experience adventageous
  • Admin experience : process , creditors, claims, etc
  • Experience in coordinating or overseeing scheduled property maintainance & staff
  • Case management experience would be an advantage
  • Passion about patient care
Other qualities:
  • Take ownership / diligent
  • Multitasker: pririotising & planning skills
  • Strong team player
  • Think on feet / Ploblem solver / Solutions orientated
  • Cal & mature with a caring & positive personality
  • Own transport
