We are a reputable security services company specializing in armed response and alarm monitoring. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure operational efficiency, manage team performance, and uphold high standards of safety and client satisfaction. Please Clearly State the Position Applied For:

Key Responsibilities:

?Oversee and coordinate all operational activities related to armed reaction and alarm response services

?Manage team schedules, deployments, and incident response protocols

?Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and legal compliance (PSIRA, firearm control, etc.)

?Monitor and improve response times and operational effectiveness

?Liaise with clients, law enforcement, and other stakeholders

?Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and disciplinary procedures

?Maintain vehicles, equipment, and communication systems

?Manage and report on operational budgets and resource allocation

?

Requirements:

?Proven experience in a similar role within the private security industry

?PSIRA Grade A certification (required)

?Firearm competency certificate (business purposes)

?Strong leadership and crisis management skills

?Excellent communication and organizational abilities

?Valid driver's license

?Clean criminal record

Added Advantages:

?Military or SAPS background

?First Aid Certification

?Knowledge of alarm monitoring systems and control room operations

?Familiarity with security technology (CCTV, GPS, Radio comms)
