Operations Manager: Agriculture

My client, one of the foremost agricultural enterprises in South Africa, is looking for an experienced operations manager to form part of their organization and contribute to future success.
More about the opportunity:
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and maintenance of project management standards and processes to facilitate the successful delivery of projects, conducting feasibility studies to evaluate the viability of proposed projects, developing comprehensive project plans, encompassing timelines, objectives, deliverables and budgets and collaborating with regulatory authorities and agencies to secure permits and approvals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in managing projects, with a preference for those with a background in the agricultural or grain industry
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) would be advantageous
- Strong stakeholder engagement
