Hotel Operations Manager Salary: R20 000 - R30 000 Responsible for overseeing daily lodge operations and ensuring smooth interdepartmental coordination. Key Responsibilities: Managing Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, and Maintenance Implementing SOPs and monitoring operational performance Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Ensuring health and safety compliance Handling guest concerns and maintaining service excellence Requirements: 5-7 years' experience in hotel operations Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Hospitality Management degree preferred
