About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and proactive

Operations Leader

to oversee our fulfilment, logistics, customer service, and quality control operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team and drive improvements across our warehouse and customer experience functions.

This is a

key leadership role

working in close partnership with our Inventory Manager and in collaboration with sales, marketing, and finance. You'll have direct impact on operational performance, efficiency, and our ability to scale as a business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the operations team, including Warehouse Supervisor and Customer Service Executive Oversee order fulfilment accuracy, customer delivery, and turnaround times Drive continuous improvement across processes, SOPs, and warehouse layout Manage logistics operations: local & international shipments, courier coordination Lead quality control, packaging, assembly, and pre-packing operations Partner with Inventory Manager for aligned stock movement and auditing (FIFO) Report on KPIs including cost, accuracy, supplier performance, and customer satisfaction

Who We're Looking For

3-5 years' experience in operations, fulfilment, or logistics leadership Strong understanding of warehouse processes and team management Solid experience with ERP/WMS systems and performance tracking Highly organized, solutions-driven, and confident working cross-functionally A team player who leads with clarity, consistency, and a growth mindset
