Operations Graduate
Job Description
The purpose of this role is to provide assistance in the manufacturing process of the business through operating efficiencies, lean production, monitoring plant operations and recommend improvements.
This position will be reporting into the Senior Production Manager.
Responsibilities:
Develop an understanding and be able to apply technical expertise to assigned process
Identify Initiatives to deliver significant improvements in the following areas:
Safety
Quality
Operating Efficiencies (Labour, Process Lines and Cost Optimisation)
Materials Control and efficiency.
Maintain awareness of best practice and modern improvement techniques
Provide an administrative role within production departments

Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365

Qualifications:
Grade 12 / Matric
Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree in Supply Chain Management or similar
