Requirements:

Blasting Ticket
Advanced Blasting Course
3-Years underground mining experience as a Supervisor
3-Years knowledge of performing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical maintenance

KPA:

Responsible for ensuring blasting takes place as scheduled and in line with clients request, including all the pre-blasting activities
Enabled blasting operations and services

Responsible for ensuring sound management of storage areas i.e. the silo and the magazines on site
Prevented waste or eliminate costs

Responsible for exercising financial control, ensuring expenditure allocated budget cost
Serviced clients

Work closely with client and manage relationships to ensure sound service delivery
Compliant with legal and company requirements

Storage of accessories and products in line with statutory prescriptions
Ensure the security of stocks in storage areas to eliminate damage, theft and pilferage
