Operations Executive

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive administrative and operational support across various departments, maintaining client communications, and ensuring day-to-day processes run efficiently. Key Responsibilities:



Promptly and accurately populate and distribute meeting minutes. Manage phone calls, client communications, and external engagement with professionalism. Enter and update data across systems and platforms with precision. Support cross-functional projects and contribute to department-specific initiatives. Provide administrative and operational assistance as needed across departments. Maintain confidentiality and a high standard of professionalism in all tasks. Learn new systems and concepts quickly and adapt seamlessly to changes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:



Thrives in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment and can operate with minimal supervision. Confident, client-facing communicator with excellent verbal and written skills. Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the initiative to get things done. Quick to learn, adaptable, and capable of multitasking effectively. Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.

Working Hours:



Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM - 17:00 PM (UK Time)

Compensation & Benefits:



Salary: R6,500 - R8,000 per month (depending on experience) 40 days of paid leave per year Fully remote position

Qualifications:



Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or operations support role Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with CRM systems or similar platforms is a strong advantage Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Highly organised and dependable, with strong time management skills Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team mindset Strong command of the English language, with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation * Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a suitable home working setup
