Join Our Team as an Operations Engineer (Advanced) | Hybrid | 3-Year
3-year renewable Contract (Based on performance/project availability)
Location: Menlyn (Hybrid)
Contract: 3-Year Renewable (around 8 days in-office per month (subject to manager's discretion).

What You'll Be Doing

• Plan, document, define, and evaluate technical integration information for major systems and components.
• Verify, plan, and execute infrastructure lifecycle and maintenance tasks.
• Define and document technology platforms and dependencies across environments.
• Continuously improve operational stability and automate platform operations.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, network, and integration issues.
• Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and customers -- with security as a top priority.
• Support Agile ways of working and contribute to Endpoint Management platform improvements.

Essential Skills & Experience

• VMWare Workspace One (UEM & Access): Intermediate
• Microsoft Intune: Advanced
• Strong OS/device expertise (iOS, AOSP, Windows, MacOS, Linux).
• Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Zero Trust Framework implementation.
• Microsoft stack (AD, Azure AD/EntraID, SCCM, GPO).
• Scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
• Apple & Android device technologies (enrolment, app notarization).
• ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
• Technical documentation & SOPs.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field -- or 10+ years IT experience.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
