Job Title: Operations & Customer Success Assistant
Location: Remote (must be available 9am-7pm EDT/EST)
Compensation: $1,200-$1,300/month

About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized and communicative Operations & Customer Success Assistant to support our growing client base. You'll work directly with our Chief of Staff to manage onboarding, respond to customer support requests, and eventually lead product tutorial calls and video walkthroughs. This is going to be a client-facing role, so excellent English and strong presentation skills are essential.
We'll ramp you up in stages over your first 3 months to gradually increase responsibilities:
