A pharmaceutical manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented candidate with strong organisational and multitasking abilities to join their team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in office software and administrative tasks. This is a full-time in-office opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement: Ordering raw materials, packaging, consumables
  • Logistics / Courier: Booking collections and deliveries, both domestic and international
  • Maintenance: Managing maintenance and service providers
  • Reception duties
  • Switchboard
  • Welcome visitors/clients in the office
  • Assist walk-in customers with products and sales
  • Personal Assistant to both Directors
  • Travel arrangements: Flights and accommodation
Requirements
  • Matric or equivalent
  • Proficient in English
  • Computer literate
  • Car licence and own vehicle
  • Team player
  • Customer-friendly
