Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operational Controller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of daily warehouse operations, with a strong focus on inventory stock control, as well as inbound and outbound .

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage inventory stock levels, ensuring accuracy, proper rotation, and timely replenishment. Monitor and coordinate inbound shipments (receiving goods), ensuring timely offloading, inspection, and system capturing. Supervise outbound dispatches, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. Conduct regular stock counts and investigate variances. Work closely with warehouse teams to improve turnaround times and operational efficiency. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of all warehouse transactions. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:



Proven experience in an operational or warehouse control role. Strong understanding of inventory management systems and logistics processes. Knowledge of inbound and outbound operations, including documentation and compliance. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant warehouse management software (e.g. WMS).
