Job Description
Position:
Operations Controller (Cape Town Branch)Qualification:
5 years operational experience within Marine or Fleet industry an advantage. Leadership or Management role
Driver's license with PDP
Must be able to work shifts, weekends and after hours
Must be of sober habits, accurate and organised with attention to detail
Must have a cell phone with WhatsApp
IT Proficiency and good communication on all levels
Responsibilities:
Maintain a high level of attention to detail
Assisting and booking of launch jobs correctly applied and times sent to clients and agents - accurate bookings
Assisting in the day-to-day operations and quayside logistics to ensure assets and facilities are maintained in accordance with company standards.
Additional:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Self-starter / own initiative and ability to work within a team
Excellent customer care relations, communication and Interpersonal Skills
Excellent command of the English language
Strong problem-solving skills, query resolution, account reconciliation and administrative skills
