Job Summary ROLE DESCRIPTION: Provide administrative and secretarial support to the consulting team Handle basic client queries and complaints Liaise with other internal departments, clients and third party service providers like insurers WORK EXPERIENCE: Advanced clerical, operational and customer service skills. Six months training/familiarisation time would typically be required for the job holder to become competent in the role. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Matric Recognised Bachelor's Degree (3 years) or NQF Level 7 advantageous (will be required for promotion to consultant level) SKILLS REQUIRED: Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams Typing skills Business writing (composition of emails, agendas, minutes, other business documents) English speaking, writing and reading at first language level Active listening Empathy Professional etiquette Financial literacy and numeracy skills Accuracy (attention to detail) Collaboration/team player Ability to prioritise and effectively manage time Problem solving (conflict management, negotiation skills, influencing) Purposeful collaboration (ability to collaborate across teams and platforms)
