The Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. Youll play a crucial role in order processing, logistics coordination, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role requires a strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively within a team. Key Responsibilities Process and manage customer orders from entry to dispatch Coordinate outbound freight logistics, including communication with customers and understanding of UK addressing conventions Perform weekly system checks to maintain operational efficiency Generate and maintain reports, including calculations and data accuracy Notify customers of backorders and manage communication around delivery timelines
