This role plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency across the company, assisting with administrative, financial, and logistical tasks, while supporting regional branches and helping identify areas for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily operational and administrative support to the Operations Manager.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and facilitate internal communication across departments.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and key business documentation.
Coordinate logistics such as travel arrangements, audit planning, and ad hoc requests.
Monitor operational processes and help identify opportunities for increased efficiency.
Support regional branches and assist with escalations from Office Administrators and Sales Managers.
Conduct research and contribute to insights and trend analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Liaise with senior staff, including executives and board members, in a professional and discreet manner.

Minimum of 2 - 5 years relevant experience within a similar role.
Experience within the FMCG environment would be advantageous
