Responsible for strategic sales growth - Experience in sales and ability to sell products and services with confidence
Assist in the development of the Operation's budget
Accountable for day to day running of the Operation
Maintains communication by preparing daily, weekly and month end profitability and productivity reports
Monitors Operations activity including number of transactions, sales volumes etc.
Maintains control over accounting procedures to ensure compliance with controls. If weaknesses are identified, reports them to the Managing Director
Schedules, coaches, supervises and motivates staff in an effort to maintain optimal customer service satisfaction levels.
Assists in the interviewing and appointment of new staff
Maintains knowledge of products and services in order to train and motivate staff to cross and up sell
Monitors quality of service to customers and ensures that staff maximising opportunities to sell products
Ensures customer satisfaction, retention and attraction by analysing reported customer queries and customer survey questionnaires
Manages Contract customer relations
Manages and orders stock
Monitors material usage and its effect on gross profits
Assists in managing the security and safety of customer's property by analysing security and safety policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements
Previous experience and knowledge of Car Detailing and Minor Repairs (body and spray painting) will be a distinct advantage.
