Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and organized hostess or host to look after self-catering Airbnb Units in Summerstrand and Stand In for Reservations.
You will be working 5 days on 2 day
Overview of Responsibilities for Operations:
Make sure the units are ready for guest arrivals. Arrange cleaner after guests depart and make sure everything is done perfectly - must have an eye for detail. Stock up the units with cleaning materials and guest Amenities. Communication with guests over booking platforms and WhatsApp about Arrival and depart (guests do self check in and check out). Do an inventory check and report any missing or broken items. Arrange for any maintenance that needs to be done. Be available to assist guests if they need you during their stay.
Overview of Responsibilities for Reservations:
Arranging damage deposits get paid and sent back. All direct bookings for different properties. Making sure Operations are kept up to date with any changes regarding bookings. Answering all the messages on the booking platforms.
Very important :
Have to flexible and available to guests on weekends and weekdays. You HAVE to have your driver's licence and possible reside in or around Summerstrand but not a must. Have a basic understanding of booking.com and Airbnb. Must have experience in the hospitality . industry. We are looking for someone who wants to grow and not a clock watcher. Preferably between ages of 30 to 45 years old.
