Provide administrative support to the management team and staff across multiple operations.
Maintain accurate records of operations and inventory.
Assist with processing and tracking orders, shipments, and deliveries.
Send out daily reports and documentation to clients.
Update the WMS with production data for bagging and dispatches.
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Assist with various office tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and report preparation.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a warehouse or operations setting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be able to work in operations, shifts, and weekends if required.
Must be flexible and able to work across different sites as required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must be able to learn the weighbridge and client systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of bulk operations or logistics is a plus, but not required.
