NDC Personnel & Contractors is seeking Operations Accountants for hybrid positions, where you will be at the core of financial operations.Your role will encompass a range of critical responsibilities, from meticulous account preparation and strategic financial planning to budgeting and diligent scrutiny of budget variances. Lead initiatives in stock control and cost control. Be at the helm of managing, guiding, and training our dedicated admin team. Your responsibilities will span various vital areas, including overseeing the administrative aspects of raw materials receipts and issues, meticulously administering and reconciling monthly stock counts, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of sales records. Youxe2x80x99ll also handle the administration of sales returns, debit, and credit notes, as well as the release of purchase orders. With a keen eye for detail, youxe2x80x99ll review and analyse the income statement and reconciling outbound distribution costs. To keep management well-informed, youxe2x80x99ll present monthly results and performance updates. Furthermore, your support will extend to asset management within the administrative functions. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining the financial health and efficiency of our operations. To be a strong fit for this position, you should hold a relevant financial or accounting degree and having a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the FMCG or manufacturing sector. Familiarity with SAGE software would be highly advantageous. You should also have strong leadership skills, be computer literate, and exhibit a collaborative and team-oriented approach. Proficiency in planning and reporting, effective communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to initiate tasks independently are vital, too.
