Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Operational Supervisor
to join our team in theWaste and Waste Management
sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with environmental and waste management regulations, and leading teams to achieve operational excellence.Minimum Requirements:
Three-Year Diploma
in Operations Management, Waste Management, or related field. Strong knowledge of waste management processes, environmental compliance, and operational standards. At least3 years of supervisory/operational management experience
(waste management sector preferred). Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills. Ability to manage staff, resources, and ensure service delivery targets are met. Computer literacy (MS Office, reporting systems). Valid driver's license.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily waste management operations. Monitor staff performance, allocate resources, and ensure productivity. Implement and enforce operational and safety policies in line with company standards. Conduct inspections, audits, and ensure compliance with waste regulations. Compile operational reports and recommend improvements for efficiency. Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies. Promote continuous improvement and best practices in waste management.
