OPERATIONAL MANAGER - WEST REGION
GRAIN - BLOEMFONTEIN
Main purpose of the position:
Increase the profitability of xxx Group and limit risks through adequate controls, measures and planning with regard to the Silo Operations Department.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 and applicable Diploma or Degree;
5 years management experience;
Afrikaans - Native language
Extensive experience in the grain industry;
Completed grain grading courses;
Valid driver's license.
Skills:
Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
Good human relations;
Interpersonal skills;
Negotiation skills;
Conflict management;
Excellent budget management skills.
Responsibilities:
Effective management of operating activities;
Management of staff;
Risk management;
Management of finances;
Management of projects.
