5-8 years in manufacturing operations

Qualification:

Engineering degree/diploma required

About the Role:

As the

Operational Manager

, you will play a critical role in leading day-to-day plant operations, driving efficiencies, managing teams, and executing strategic projects.

You will be responsible for:

Managing the full operational cycle of our 24-hour production facility Ensuring production efficiency, quality control, and health & safety compliance Leading cross-functional teams and shift supervisors Working closely with senior leadership on continuous improvement strategies Overseeing and delivering specific engineering and production-related projects

What we're looking for:

5-8 years of hands-on experience

in a manufacturing/production environment (preferably plastics or packaging)

Engineering qualification

(Mechanical/Industrial/Production or similar) A strong leader with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Willingness to be hands-on, available, and accountable in a 24-hour operation

High energy, tech-savvy

, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, evolving environment Aged under 30 preferred
