OPERATIONAL IMPROVEMENT COACH (OIC)

Dynamic Fast Food Franchise is hiring!

Reporting to the Regional Coach, this role partners directly with restaurants to

identify performance gaps, strengthen processes, and build management capability

. It's a hands?on position focused on

coaching, mentoring, and driving continuous improvement

to elevate people, operations, and results.

Minimum Requirements

Matric/Grade 12 (essential) Tertiary qualification (preferred NQF 7) 7+ years' experience in Quick Service Restaurants 3-5 years' experience in facilitation, training, or coaching Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills Advanced computer literacy Valid driver's licence Willingness to travel
