? Operational Finance Manager - Multinational Product-Based Company (Bryanston | Hybrid)
? Salary: R1000/R1300 000.00 million per annum
? Location: Bryanston, Johannesburg (Hybrid - 1 day in-office per week)
? Experience: 5+ years in financial management
? Qualification: CA(SA) or CIMA
Are you a strategic and hands-on finance professional ready to take the lead in a dynamic, multinational environment? Our client, a global leader in the product-based sector, is seeking an Operational Finance Manager to join their high-performing team in Bryanston.
? Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, including the implementation and oversight of financial controllers.
• Prepare, compile, and present financial reports with minimal supervision.
• Ensure accurate and timely IFRS-compliant financial reporting.
• Manage intercompany transactions and oversee transfer pricing compliance.
• Handle tax preparations and submissions, ensuring full compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Lead audit preparations and manage audit processes across multiple regions.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements for a multi-regional organization.
• Leverage SAP for financial reporting and operational efficiency.

? Requirements:

• CA(SA) or CIMA qualification is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial management role, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Proven experience in setting up and managing financial control frameworks.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, tax legislation, and audit processes.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
