Job Description

We are seeking an Operational Finance Manager to manage accounting, compliance and operational support across multiple small to medium-sized entities. This is a hands-on role ideal for a proactive finance professional looking to take ownership of bookkeeping, tax compliance and operational processes in a fast-paced environment.

BCom (Accounting/Tax or related)
4+ years' hands-on experience
Full bookkeeping to trial balance & balance sheet
SARS submissions: Income Tax, VAT & PAYE
CIPC registrations, amendments & annual returns
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong accounting & payroll software proficiency
High professionalism, discretion & attention to detail
