As the Operational Financial Manager, you'll be at the helm of our financial operations, overseeing a diverse range of legal entities. Your mission is to ensure that financial reports and submissions are not just accurate but also delivered on time, while keeping a tight grip on our financial assets. It's not just a job; it's an opportunity to lead, innovate, and drive results. Our client is not just looking for a CA(SA) that can manage the finance team, but rather somebody who has proven experience in leading the operational side of the company, which could include IT, HR, Operations, Procurement, etc.
Duties:
- Handling statutory, management, and regulatory reporting with finesse.
- Mastering monthly reconciliations and maintaining tight controls.
- Navigating accounting and taxation complexities.
- Crafting and refining processes for maximum efficiency.
- Collaborating in the development and maintenance of internal financial controls and reporting frameworks.
- Providing insightful monthly financial analysis.
- Facilitating seamless communication between the Finance department and other stakeholders.
- Assisting the Creditors department in ensuring timely and valid supplier payments.
- Playing a crucial role in drafting the annual budget.
- Taking charge of full ledger functions, even for foreign entities and currency conversions.
- Ensuring salary and bonus payments are spot-on.
- Leading project rollouts as needed.
Fully qualified Chartered Accountant
3 years + Post Articles
Manufacturing experience will be advantageous
