3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or project management.
Experience in the events or technical production industry (preferred).
Understanding of technical event equipment (AV, lighting, staging, rigging).
Familiarity with inventory management systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical riders, floorplans, and production schedules.
Strong project management and logistics coordination abilities.
Familiar with health & safety regulations and risk assessments.
Strong leadership and team coordination.
Excellent communication with clients, technicians, and suppliers.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Plan and manage logistics for technical events (equipment, staffing, transport).
Coordinate between departments (bookings, tech, warehouse).
Supervise setup and teardown at event sites.
Manage inventory and equipment maintenance.
Train and supervise operational staff.
Ensure safety and compliance with all regulations.
Problem solver with attention to detail.
Flexible and able to work irregular hours (evenings/weekends).
Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
High level of accountability and decision-making confidence.
