Job Description

What You'll Be Doing:
- Design, optimise, and implement efficient business processes to drive productivity and reduce costs.
- Conduct in-depth process analysis, including capability studies and statistical evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption and integration of process improvements.
- Analyse data to identify performance trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Drive productivity analysis and resource utilisation strategies.
- Manage database segmentation and evaluate business activities for maximum impact.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Tertiary qualification in one of the following:
- CA(SA) (preferred), CIMA, or
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, AI, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar field.
- Solid experience in process modelling, analysis, and statistical evaluation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a clear understanding of regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders and teams.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines without constant supervision.
