Minimum Vereistes:
Graad 12;
Tweetalig in Afrikaans en Engels;
2 Jaar toepaslike ondervinding binne ontvangsarea.
Vaardighede:
Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
Sterk administratiewe vermoens;
Rekenaarvaardig (Word & Excel);
Interpersoonlike vaardighede;
Klientediens.

:
Effektiewe ontvangs, verwysing en hantering van navrae;
Effektiewe hantering van oproepe;
Hantering van pos;
Hantering van algemene administrasie, en skryfbehoefte voorraad beheer;
Verseker netheid van ontvangs;
Hanteer en verseker toegangsbeheer.

Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12;
Bilingual in Afrikaans and English;
2 years of relevant experience within the reception area.
Skills:
Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
Strong administrative abilities;
Computer literate (Word & Excel);
Interpersonal skills;
Customer Service.
Responsibilities:
Effective receipt, referral and handling of inquiries;
Effective handling of calls;
Handling of mail;
Handling of general administration and stationary stock control;
Ensure neatness of reception;
* Manage and ensure access control.
