We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a
Part-Time Remote Social Media Enquiry Assistant
. This role is perfect for someone who is tech-savvy, has excellent communication skills, and can manage multiple conversations with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage social media enquiries via Respond.io during assigned hours.
Reply to enquiries using predetermined scripts to ensure consistent, professional communication.
Assign enquiries to the correct clubs and departments for further handling.
Schedule and confirm appointments for clubs.
Requirements:
Stable internet connection and own device (laptop/PC).
Strong written communication skills in English.
Ability to follow scripts and guidelines accurately.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Previous customer service or social media management experience (advantageous but not essential).
2 years sales experience
