About Us:

Open Minds Campus is an independent learning centre with over 10 years of experience delivering the British curriculum. We are launching an online campus that combines AI-driven learning with facilitator guidance and student-led learning.

The Role:

We are looking for a versatile, proactive individual to

market, manage, and facilitate learning

on our AI tutor platform. This is a hybrid role combining marketing, teaching support, and administration to ensure our students thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Recruitment

Promote the AI tutor platform to prospective students and parents Manage social media campaigns, webinars, and email outreach Track and report on enrollment metrics
Student Facilitation

Monitor student progress on the AI platform and provide support where needed Conduct live check-ins or tutorials to supplement AI learning Facilitate group learning opportunities
Administration & Platform Management

Manage student accounts, progress reports, and communications Ensure accurate tracking of payments and enrollments Provide technical support and liaise with the AI platform provider

Requirements:

Experience in teaching, tutoring, or education facilitation Strong administration, organisational and multitasking skills Comfortable using technology and online platforms Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable Experience with digital marketing

Preferred:

Familiarity with LMS platforms or AI learning systems

Pay: R12000,00 - R22000,00 per month
