Online Fulfilment Manager

Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:
o Manage the daily operation and administration of the online fulfilment team;
o Manage and drive the online fulfilment team sales and performance;
o Online Clients;
o Set and enforce standards for customer service, receiving and addressing customer complaints;
o Monitor online fulfilment team financial performance, setting business objectives and implementing strategies to meet those targets; and
o Supervise the online fulfilment team , discipline and training.
Specific candidate requirements:

o Excellent communication skills;
o Willing and fast learner;
o Team player;
o Professionally assist all clients;
o Always act in the best interest of the company;
o Presentable;
o Committed; and
o Punctual.
Minimum requirements:
o Grade 12 (matric);
o Valid driver's license;
o Minimum of three (3) years' experience as a Manager in the retail industry; and
o
A tertiary qualification will be an advantage.
Package and remuneration:
o Starting Basic of R15,000 depending on experience; and
o Bonus for reaching Targets.
