Job Description

The Online Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of the online store's content, quality, and user experience. This role ensures smooth execution of daily ecommerce operations, with a focus on flawless admin, accuracy, and pace. The incumbent will support the online execution of product and promotional strategies across both internal and third-party brands, and will maintain all digital marketing briefs and content updates to deliver a consistent 5-star customer journey.


This is a junior role that requires a high level of energy, a can-do attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately. It does not include strategic decision-making but does require confidence, curiosity, and responsiveness in a fast-paced digital environment.



Key Responsibilities:



Maintain & Coordinate Online Storefront



Manage content accuracy, site navigation, and visual merchandising Ensure products, pricing, promos, banners, and landing pages are correctly executed and updated Support best practice customer journey execution across all categories

Execute Marketing & Content Briefs



Coordinate with marketing and design teams to complete digital briefs Update and manage the content calendar in line with business promotions and campaigns Assist with homepage refreshes, static pages, and category content

Support Digital Marketing Campaigns



Brief and coordinate digital assets for email, social, paid, and display Load, test, and send out email campaigns Track and report on campaign performance (training provided)

CRM Execution and Reporting



Assist in the setup and segmentation of email marketing through marketing automation tools Conduct basic A/B testing and CRM reporting with support Track customer engagement and report on retention/acquisition trends

Cross-Departmental Collaboration



Work closely with Buying, Planning, Marketing, Customer Service, and Omni Ops teams Maintain strong working relationships to support promotions, peak periods, and new launches

Platform & Tools Administration



Manage and update content using ecommerce and CMS tools Stay agile in learning new internal platforms or changes quickly

Experience & Qualifications



Essential:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a related field

Desirable:

Ecommerce certifications or short courses

Experience



1-2 years in an ecommerce or digital marketing support role Experience in admin-heavy or fast-paced coordination roles a plus
