Analyse sales performance data from national cellular network partners against defined targets and growth objectives.
Identify underperforming areas and provide clear, data-driven recommendations to optimise performance and revenue.
Produce and maintain detailed revenue and trend reports, dashboards, and KPIs for internal and external stakeholders.
Work with head of department to grow the OGR base.
Monitor commercial trends and consumer behaviours in the cellular industry to guide business strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams and partner stakeholders to support tactical and strategic decisions that improve revenue generation.
Present findings and insights regularly to commercial leadership to support operational and strategic planning.
Support the design and evaluation of campaigns, pricing changes, and incentive structures to maximise returns.
Track changes in network partner performance and escalate potential issues or opportunities for intervention.
Working closely with the store operations teams across the TFG Group to drive the strategy.
Conduct external/market benchmarking.
Qualifications and Experience:
A relevant Bachelor's degree is required.
3+ years in an Operational, Commercial, Sales or Financial Analysis role.
Prior experience in the cellular or telecommunications industry is highly recommended.
Strong working knowledge of Excel and/or other analytics and reporting tools.
