Key Responsibilities:
Negotiate with credit providers on behalf of clients.
Analyze clients financial situations and develop sustainable payment proposals.
Provide accurate and professional feedback to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and creditors.
Maintain comprehensive records of negotiations and progress.
Job Requirements:
Matric certificate
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent numerical and analytical abilities
Strong verbal reasoning and negotiation style
Computer literacy MS Office
Fluent in Afrikaans & English
Professional and solution-driven approach
Experience in debt negotiation, collections, or customer service will be advantageous
Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
