Responsibilities and Duties
Perform investigations on tasks and provide feedback to the relevant teams.
Communicate with relevant credit providers to request and confirm information
Provide detailed notes on actions taken on all tasks
Execute tasks timeously with accuracy
Generate and deliver documents to credit providers for relevant teams
Execute Ad-Hoc tasks
Minimum Requirements:
Matric (National Diploma or Degree is an advantage),
1 year Administration experience in the financial or Credit industries (Advantage)
Clear credit and criminal record
1 Year Debt Review Administration and Support Experience
Key Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Great team player
Good time management
Well-organized and great attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Self-motivated and comfortable in taking initiative
Ability to work independently
