Onboarding (Back Office) Specialist

in

Johannesburg.

Shifts rotation: (08:00 - 16:00 & 16:00 - 00:00) + Once a/ month Sunday 4h shift (08:00 - 12:00)


Reporting to: Head of Onboarding

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with the onboarding of clients which include reviewing their KYC documents and updating client personal data Provide answers to customers by identifying problems and assisting with incoming queries by email and other supported communication channels of the company Assisting other departments with Back-office requests

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Knowledge and experience in FX will be considered advantageous A team player with excellent communication skills Fluent verbal and written English (Additional languages are an advantage) Basic CySEC certificate is an advantage Ability to work in shifts and occasionally on weekends
