: Recruitment/Onboarding Officer We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruitment/Onboarding Officer to join our team and play a pivotal role in sourcing and acquiring top talent for our organization. As a Recruitment/Onboarding Officer, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting qualified candidates, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Your expertise in identifying and engaging with exceptional candidates will be critical to driving the success of our recruitment efforts. Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to source potential candidates. Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and preferences for each position. Screening and Selection:
  • Conduct initial screenings of candidates through resume reviews and phone or video interviews.
  • Assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role against defined job criteria.
  • Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews with shortlisted candidates, evaluating their skills, cultural fit, and potential for success within the organization.
Interview Coordination:
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Facilitate and participate in interview panels, providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:
  • Enhance the organization's employer brand by showcasing our culture, values, and opportunities.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:
  • Assist in preparing and extending job offers to selected candidates.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to finalize compensation packages and contractual terms.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into their roles.
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
  • Track and maintain recruitment data, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate pipeline metrics.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis to HR and management on recruitment performance and trends.
Recruitment Process Improvement:
  • Continuously assess and improve the recruitment process, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on best practices and industry trends in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role in talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and acquiring high-quality candidates across diverse industries and job functions.
  • Strong knowledge of various recruitment techniques and platforms, including social media and professional networks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Sound understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.
