Job Description

The focus of this role is to drive analytics and reporting projects and process them into actionable insights which enable our teams to be more effective and efficient in the market. Being a key member of the On Premise team, you will drive data driven insights generation, return on investment evaluation, data excellence and support the enhancement of existing reporting capabilities while providing support to users.
You will help set the strategy & direction for analytics within the On Premise channel, establishing clear, concise, consistent tracking and reporting standards, and lead key analytics projects. You will consistently turn data into actionable insights and present proposals to the commercial team that maximise the potential of the Red Bull brand in trade.
In general, you will manage internal and 3rd party data, meticulously study, and introduce the data to the management team to take actions on it. RESPONSIBILITIES

On Premise Analytics strategy & mission

  • Propose resources & budget against key deliverables and projects that provide the greatest return on investment and pay into strategy - including processes, tools, routines and tactics.
  • Monitor external market and industry trends to continuously inform strategy & approach, introducing new capabilities that supports business need when necessary.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Key Accounts, Field Force, Distribution, and On Premise Marketing to understand their analytics needs and translate requirements into analytics solutions that drive business value.
  • Define and prioritize on premise projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project execution.
  • Collate our various insights tools among the different On Premise channels.
Tracking, Analyzing and Reporting
  • Measuring success by diligently tracking, analyzing and reporting on performance and areas of growth and opportunity.
  • Maintain excellent reporting standards while consistently providing input to apply learnings and enhance tracking & reporting capabilities.
  • Establish best practice tracking reporting across Sales & Distribution, maximizing existing reporting suite while finding efficiencies and making enhancements where necessary.
  • Create templates and executive summaries to track core Red Bull initiatives.
  • Present insights and recommendations derived from analytics initiatives to senior stakeholders, effectively communicating complex concepts in a clear & concise manner.
  • Ensure all key reports that are delivered to the field are 100% accurate and actionable.
  • Conduct field trainings and workshops to gain first hand understanding of the reporting needs and challenges faced by different field teams and departments.
  • Evaluate the performance of Musketeers by analysing key performance indicators such as sales volume, market share, coverage and distribution efficiency by assuming responsibility as Local Key User for GET (Global Execution tool).
  • Provide regular reports on individual and team Field performance.
Cross Functional Partnerships
  • Partner with key On Premise stakeholders to understand key business drivers and analytical needs.
  • Partner with the Off Premise Insights & Category team to oversee data integration and transformation processes, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Partner with the Key Accounts & Commercial Finance teams to regularly review profitability of promotions and activity.
  • Work closely with field teams to lead reporting and analytics trainings to ensure clear understanding of our KPIs and we are all speaking one "on premise language" when it comes to reporting.
POS Management & Forecasting
  • Ownership of the national POS tracker ensuring visibility of all stock in Trade, on order, and in pipeline across regions and On Premise channels.
  • Build forecasting models that use actual depletion and campaign data to project future POS requirements per region and channel.
  • Managing monthly forecast submissions and alignment between Marketing, Field, and Operations to ensure correct quantities are ordered and delivered in time for key campaigns.
  • Identifying slow or surplus POS in the system and driving reallocation or redistribution plans with the Regional On Premise Managers and their teams.
  • Develop reporting tools that visualize stock movement, usage, and forecast accuracy.
  • Overseeing GET & Warehousing partner systems to ensure data accuracy and alignment with physical POS movements.
  • Improving visibility and accountability around POS requests, usage, and approvals.
  • Integrating POS data into business planning and performance reviews, turning it into actionable insights for the On Premise Marketing and Sales teams.
Self Management
  • Take responsibility for his/her own personal development in accordance with the annual performance objectives.
  • Continual communication and consultation with the Management in the related area.
  • Recognize and initiate any changes in the strategy, tactics, implementation that are necessary.
  • Effectively manage diary to spend adequate time with field sales & distribution teams to understand needs and inform continued execution of Red Bull standards.
  • Develop thought-leading initiatives and insights that impact national strategy.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
  • At least 1 years Sales, Trade Marketing or business analytics experience.
  • Strong analytical skills (analyse consumer, sales and customer data).
  • Outstanding understanding of sales processes.
  • Strong planning and project management competencies.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and software.
  • Proven ability to translate strategies into execution.
  • Strong On Premise industry knowledge and experience in the On Premise environment.
  • Good understanding of the route-to-market for these channels.
  • Self-motivated, passionate, ambitious and a creative mind.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including presenting and training abilities.
  • Commercial awareness and acumen (understanding of sales and finance processes).
  • You should be analytical, detail orientated, collaborative, proactive solution orientated, tenacious strategic, creative and people orientated.
  • Travel 0-10%
