As Pragma strengthens its market presence and expands the reach of its On Key software platform, the On Key SME plays a pivotal role in supporting client engagement, product demonstrations, and solution alignment across targeted regions. This is a client-facing, pre-sales focused role that combines deep product expertise with strong communication skills to showcase the value of On Key and ensure client needs are translated into effective solutions.
You will act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, enabling them to understand the practical benefits of On Key, shaping solution designs, and ensuring that feedback informs product development and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field).
A minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, key account management, or pre-sales roles for On Key.
Strong knowledge of On Key is preferred.
Strong knowledge of asset-intensive industry operations and solution-selling practices.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
Product Demonstration & Solution Enablement
+ Deliver engaging and tailored product demonstrations to prospects and clients, highlighting how On Key supports business outcomes.
+ Stay current with all On Key features, updates, and integrations, ensuring clients receive the latest insights and guidance.
+ Translate client requirements into solution configurations, working closely with product and services teams to validate feasibility.
+ Represent On Key at industry events, webinars, and knowledge-sharing sessions, positioning it as a leading solution in asset management. Pre-Sales & Bid Office Support
+ Act as the SME link between Sales, Bid Office, and Product teams, ensuring proposals are accurate, relevant, and solution-oriented.
+ Provide subject matter input into RFP responses, solution designs, and tailored presentations.
+ Contribute to reusable demonstration material, client-facing collateral, and industry-specific use cases that support the pre-sales process.
+ Support colleagues during strategic opportunities where in-depth product knowledge and demonstrations are required. Client & Internal Alignment
+ Engage with clients to understand their pain points, translating these into demonstration scenarios and solution recommendations.
+ Capture and relay client feedback to Product Management to influence roadmap priorities.
+ Collaborate across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Services to ensure alignment between client expectations and Pragma's delivery capabilities.
+ Maintain accurate opportunity and demo-related data in Pragma's opportunity management platform (Acumatica).
