Manage and drive projects from start to finish within allocated deadlines.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure product content requirements and deadlines are met.
Maintain the Omni product catalogue with accurate and up-to-date information (grouping, naming, descriptions, attributes, images, taxonomy).
Source images via JD repository or 3PB portals.
Source and manage samples for photography.
Coordinate with the photo studio and merchandise teams to ensure timely image processing.
Perform regular quality checks on websites to ensure accuracy and functionality.
Research and recommend innovative operational improvements in collaboration with OTM.
Execute campaigns and promotions, including product catalogue updates and taxonomy changes.
Identify content and campaign opportunities to move additional stock and enhance assortments.
Professionally manage external customer service queries until resolved.
Ensure timely resolution of customer service tickets and maintain high service levels.
Contribute to achieving online revenue targets through effective merchandising and campaign execution.
Coordinate with retail stores for seamless fulfilment of online orders, exchanges, and refunds.
Generate and distribute key reports and provide timely and regular feedback on projects.
Qualification & Experience:
1-2 years' experience in eCommerce/Omni retail.
Systematic approach to workflow and problem solving
Computer literacy and experience with CMS, POS, and Excel.
Skills:
Ability to learn and adapt to new digital technologies.
Understanding of web analytics, tracking, and reporting.
Strong merchant thinking.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Negotiation skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Desire to develop a career in omni-channel retail or eCommerce.
