Minimum Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Grade 12/Standard 10 Technical (Essential/Minimum)

EXPERIENCE:

2-3 years Relevant job specific experience (Essential/Minimum) Operational
REQUIREMENTS:

• Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum)
• Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum)
• Field Lubricant Analysis Level 1 (Essential/Minimum)
• Pub Driv Lic:Code B ( Essential/Minimum )
• Competence: Perform Density Tests (Essential/Minimum)
• Competence: SAP Position Specific Module (Essential/Minimum)
• Competence: MS Office Relevant Package (Essential/Minimum)

Duties & Responsibilities

Administration and Support Services

• Recommendations to shafts/month-end reports/Sub-assembly tracing
• Complete all work orders
• Scheduling - calendar/automatic requisition/automatic scheduled work order
• Control costs - Generate quotations/work orders/monthly invoicing/stock control

Safe and Healthy Work Environment

• Adhere to all health and safety practices and promote good housekeeping on an ongoing basis
• Address all unsafe practices and potential hazardous situations, rectify and report to superior
• Comply with Safety Health Environment and Community SHEC/technical requirements
• Wear applicable Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) at all time

Technical Support

• Responsible for Analysis of oil to determine quality that will ensure max component life expectancy
• Ensure sampling, analysis and reporting of oil condition according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
• Responsible for the scheduling and planning of all oil sampling
