Job Description
A well-established financial services business is seeking to appoint a Officer Summons.
Instruct State Attorneys to enter appearance to defend within the prescribed time limits.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree in law or equivalent
- 3 Yearsxe2x80x99 experience in the Claims environment.
- Receive Summonses
- Accept summons on the Summons Management System.
- Peruse particulars of claim to determine the reason for the summons
- Conduct duplicate search for duplicate summonses already issued
- Search the system for duplicate summonses to prevent duplication or multiple instructions.
