Job Summary To deliver customer support services to enhance the customer experience through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs). Support sales support to the payments specialist.



Providing customer service and support to the payment specialist. Assist sales personnel with admin work, follow ups and sales functions. Follow up on proposals and ensure proper filling systems. Manage the risk part of the business to unsure that the all regulatory requirements are in order. Interact with relevant stakeholder to ensure outstanding matters are sorted.

Follow up with the device service providers to ensure devices are installed within SLA

Ensure SLA is meet in terms of customer onboarding from end to end.

Monitor applications end to end and escalate where there are deviations.

Education

Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
