Rare Half-Day Opportunity! Office Professional- The Willows, Pretoria
Our client, a respected professional organisation based in The Willows, Pretoria, is looking for a meticulous Office Professional to join their team. This is a half-day position, starting 1 August (or as negotiated) - truly a gem that doesn't come around often!
If you're a polished, well-presented office professional who thrives in a structured, professional environment, this is for you.
What you'll do:
- Manage office administration and operational support (stationery, facilities, mail, petty cash, supplier coordination)
- Provide friendly and efficient reception and enquiry services
- Support the Executive Director with diary management, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, and board admin
- Help coordinate meetings and events, ensuring smooth logistics
- Maintain records, prepare documents, and keep things running like clockwork
- Matric (administrative or secretarial qualification is a plus)
- 5+ years of office administration experience
- Professional English communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- A flair for staying organised, multitasking, and working with utmost discretion
- Half-day working hours (07:30 - 13:00)
- A professional, supportive work environment
- Basic salary (Between R14 000 - R16 000 per month depending on your experience)
