As the Office Manager in the hospitality sector , you will be responsible managing administration of the Company.
This role involves a variety of tasks to support the property management team and provide exceptional customer service to guests and to our Owners. Your duties and responsibilities may include: Administrative Support: Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from property owners, Suppliers and team members. Maintain an organised filing system for important documents, contracts, and records. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and property inspections.
