Job Summary This is an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join a forward thinking and creative management team, to deliver exceptional support to people with mental health and learning disabilities in a supported living/outreach setting. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Quality Administrator/Office Manager who is able to: xe2x80xa2 Contribute to social care quality assurance, and ensure there is evidence for our regulators and the local authority. xe2x80xa2 Manage and coordinate a busy service in relation to all administrative duties. xe2x80xa2 Work alongside the Registered Manager and Senior Manager in the preparation and coordination of operational reports for the Management Team. xe2x80xa2 Support the Registered Manager in preparing and presenting reports and reviewing information received. (Such as safeguarding, incidents, complaints & compliments etc). The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of IT and Office Management. They will be able to prepare, analyse, record and present data to a very high standard. It is expected that the post holder will hold advanced excel/equivalent or can demonstrate experience of this requirement in advance and at interview. The post holder must be able to plan and prioritise a varied workload, exercising appropriate judgement and responding promptly and appropriately to all enquiries.
